Chris and Michel weren't new to us - we had already designed their first apartment, at the Maxhaus. When they moved to Denmark, they called us again, for the second. The entire project happened remotely: briefings on WhatsApp, video calls, mood boards, technical specs. They selected and assembled every piece of furniture themselves. These photos are theirs.

A home doesn't stay behind at the border.
Brazilians move - for work, for love, for a fresh start - and still want a home that understands who they are. We design that home from São Paulo, entirely online, wherever you land. What you see here isn't the polished final photo. It's the honest arc of the work, laid out like the atelier's own board: the before in black and white, the concept on tracing paper, and the after - the proof that distance is no barrier to getting it right.
